as long as you have a door

Every single one of us today is becoming more concerned about our health. As a result many of us have chosen to make changes to our lifestyles. Not only are we choosing to eat foods that are healthier and more nutritional, but we're also starting to realize that exercising regularly is a necessity rather than an exception. One thing's not changed tho' - we still find it difficult to fit a regular workout in to our hectic schedules. So it makes sense that we're looking for alternatives other than going to the gym.

That's where the TRX Suspension Trainer comes in... The TRX trainer is a simple concept - but awesomely executed. The concept is based on suspension training using your body weight. Suspension training involves a set of adjustable straps and pulleys that are suspended securely from an overhead point. The TRX trainer can be used just about anywhere, as long as you have a door, or a wall/ceiling where you can attach it to.

Reason 4: You're less likely to get injured with this form of equipment, as you will be required to use a different range of movements as you workout so you are using many of your muscles and joints at the same time. So the likelihood of you suffering some injury due to overuse of certain muscles or imbalances to your muscles is greatly reduced.
Reason 5: The beauty of suspension training with the TRX is that because it uses your body weight, and requires you to stabilize your body for each movement (because you're suspended) it forces you to use your core muscles - so each exercise becomes a full body exercise.

You get more result for your time invested in a workout. And that's kind of the main reason why I like my TRX so much. It gives you a fresh new look on working out. People have told me that I'm a bit over-enthusiastic about my TRX trainer, but it's because it's a whole gym in a bag. It's made of quality materials. There's not one thing I'd criticize about it - even down to the fact that it folds super easy and fast into it's perfectly fitting size pouch...
